I have not used it on a road trip yet but I am impressed by the quality of construction.

Have not used it for intended overland trip yet. Got it on sale in off season. But quality build, look, and function. It gets cold fast, as advertised.

I purchased my Iceco fridge/freezer to replace a worn-out Whynter fridge/freezer for my semi truck. I've only had it in use for a week. It holds temperature and keeps my meat frozen. I use it as a freezer. It cools quickly. After it gets to temperature, it uses very little battery power unlike my Whynter. I hope it lasts as long as my Whynter. I had the Whynter for 6 years, using it almost every day for the 6 years. The Iceco is a lot quieter. You can barely hear it running.

OK, When I received my Magnetic Power Bank, I had noticed that the plug orientation, when used on my APL35, caused it to hit with the surface the cooler was sitting on. I mentioned this to customer support, they promptly replied, and ultimately sent me a cable with the correct orientation in about a week, and free of Charge! Couldn't ask for better Customer Service, Thank You!

Before using it, I was a bit concerned that the battery capacity would be a little low, but after having tested it over a 4 day camping trip, it performed flawlessly. I used a solar panel to keep it charged and found it always had an ample charge and never worried about it running out of power. I am very happy with this product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others looking to do extended day trips off grid.

I’m very impressed, so far with the Iceco APL20. It achieves the temperature really fast using the Max option. Temperature setting is maintained within a few degrees. After everything is cooled to temperature switching it to Eco saves on power consumption. I ran it for 8 days on one charge. The best thing about having the cooler is not having to deal with ice. The APP is also very nice.

So I ran a field test in the house to see how on the battery would last powering the APL 35. I had it set up and keep it set up it's a large side being the freezer and the small side being the refrigerator because that's what works best for me. I got 14 hours and 50 minutes of run time before it finally ran out of juice. Far better than 8hrs on the Eco flow batteries I had when I owned the eco-flow refrigerator which I since donated away.

This fridge has been an absolute game-changer for our trail trips. It’s been rock-solid reliable — we’ve taken it out for multiple days at a time and it just keeps everything cold without any issues. Cooling performance is excellent, and it runs quietly enough that it doesn’t become a distraction around camp.
We power it with our Anker power station. On the trail we simply plug the Iceco into the Anker and turn the Anker on to charge the Iceco’s battery when needed. The setup works seamlessly and keeps the fridge going for days without problems. Build quality feels solid, and it’s held up well to the bumps and dust of overlanding.
Customer service and support have also been great — responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.
My only suggestion is a small one: it would be nice if the app could be updated to show the Iceco’s own battery percentage visually on the app or Apple CarPlay. Digging the battery out of the cooler pocket to check battery level is the only frustrating aspect. Everything else about the unit and the overall experience has been outstanding.
Highly recommend the Iceco 45VL if you’re looking for a dependable portable fridge that performs well off-grid.

I needed a replacement handle for my Iceco 12 refrigerator that is discontinued. They were able to find one in a warehouse and ship it to me without issue.

Best cooler I have ever owned

The delivery was quick and efficient, mine arrived as expected the day before I left for actwo week bird hunting trip. I used it for the first time as a freezer to freeze my birds over the two weeks. It worked flawlessly and very efficient. I used a jackery 1000 plus as a continuous power supply that was recharged daily while driving around. I have no regrets with this purchase.
