This was exactly what I was looking forward to fit inside my jeep in the placement of what I wanted. It worked out great the entire time of my recent three week hunting trip. I was able to leave it running overnight and had no issues with my battery draining. One thing I would like to see is that the display the able to blackout instead of me having to place a piece of tape over it. It’s just nice not to be displaying that I have a refrigerator inside my jeep for some thief to come and see it turned on.
The build quality is amazing and it's super portable — exactly what I needed. Best part: no ice mess at all. Highly recommend.
Slide holds the APL55 with enough clearance to ease it into its slot. The slide has two levels of extension for easy access to the interior of the refrigerator and the locking handle makes returning it back into position a breeze.
Takes the stress out of things
We use our refrigerator/freezer on our marina dock and with the protective cover it the refrigerator portion 34 degrees and the freezer stays at 25 degrees even in direct sunlight all day.

This fridge is awesome. I previously had a competitor's fridge and had to replace it as it was too tall to fit in my 4Runner with the Solid Woodworx cargo box. This fridge works perfectly! Tons of space to store food, and access is made simple with the ability to open the door from the side (or what would be the front for me). Access is quick and easy; no need to purchase a sliding tray or remove the fridge from the vehicle when you need to get stuff out. I was initially hesitant to pay this much for a fridge, but this thing is beautiful and functional. I have had problems getting the Apple CarPlay app to work properly, and I wish the smaller basket on the inside of this fridge was able to slide out from the side, but other than that, this thing is damn near perfect.
Only used it once since we purchased, for a family picnic. Kept everything at the perfect temperature & only used 10% of our 1000Wh battery.
Looking forward to seeing how it performs on our next camping trip.

This is the perfect day fridge. I've been using it every day for work. No worrying about ice, no worrying about a cooler warming up over a 12 hour shift, just constant temps for my food. I just plug it into the car and it works. If I taken it out, the iceco battery keeps it going for hours.
Used this for a week long trip from HOU to San Juan Mountains in Colorado. The VL45ProS is perfect to keep all our food for two people/ 1 week exactly how we needed it without any effort even in the 100+ temps driving across Texas and then rather warm 80's in the mountains. We were even more impressed with how efficient the unit is as our Bluetti EB55 powered the ICECO when the truck was powered down and we were able to make it all week without even plugging in solar to recharge. The size also works well for one person to move when you need to.
