Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
1. The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
3.A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at support@icecofreezer.com to confirm the return eligibility, return address, and to obtain a return shipping label or instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to customer reasons , customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
There is no restocking fee for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
ICECO offers a 30-day money back guarantee, and provide free returns for order with quality problems. Otherwise, customers need to pay the return shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where no refund are granted: (if applicable)
* Product man-made damaged which cannot reuse and re-sale.
* Product is incomplete or visually damaged.
Refunds will be initiated after the return arrives at the warehouse, and will normally arrive within 3-7 business days, if you do not receive a refund after the deadline, please contact customer service staff for assistance.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items (not man-made). If you need to replace it with the same item, please send an email to support@icecofreezer.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@icecofreezer.com.
