58QT APL55 Dual Zone 12 Volt Fridge Freezer

I love the unit very much. Customer service however is mediocre. After ordering the wrong color and immediately calling customer service who basically said to bad. However I opened the box and it was damaged so back it went. 8 emails later I finally got my correct unit. Thank you for that. If it wasn’t damaged I would have been disappointed.
It is a great product though.

Love how you can use it as a cooler or a freezer or even split the 2 zones to have one cooler and one freezer. Works great

APL 55 Dual Zone came well packaged and all the parts plus extra spares in good condition. This fridge / freezer was purchased to ride in the rear seat of the crew cab pick up truck for extended periods. I have tested the fridge and freezer by running off the trucks inverter 110AC which will supply up to 400 watts no issue. I tested the 12v DC plug in and this worked well. I also made a third test running the 12v DC side from a 100ah lithium battery. From ambient temp about 60 degrees on both 110V AC and 12v DC settings with the freezer set to 0 and fridge set to 33 it cooled down to temp in less 30 mins empty, and I verified the temp with an inside refrigerator thermometer. I also order the insulated cover, it fits great, and has extra pockets for cords and inside divider. When running it was whisper quiet in the cab of the truck. Impressed so far will see how it holds up.
