We bought this cooler/freezer to keep our ice from melting while we are running drinks out of our lemonade stand! The battery pack with the solar charger keeps the unit running right at 0 degrees in both compartments with ease but noticed we use quite a bit of battery power to keep up with the constant access. We would recommend this line of products to others as we are very pleased with the performance and easy functionality of this unit. A bit pricey but buy once cry once. You get what you pay for and the quality is top notch! We will more than likely get another battery pack and solar charger for this as getting in and out of this unit as many times as we do, it would be nice to have a secondary battery pack to have. That way one can charge while we are using/charging the other!

We bought this for camping when off grid and trail riding with the jeep…but we have quickly found many more uses. Living 20 miles from the grocery store the ice cream is still frozen and the sandwiches aren’t soggy on the boat. Don’t have to give up valuable space to chill packs. It is just the right size for all of our outdoor activities!

I used my new APL35 on a road trip for a week. The light weight was useful and it kept my food cold and frozen. The dual zone was great. The battery backup kept the unit running for 18 hours without AC power connected. The solar panel charged the battery in about 5 hours.
Great fridge for our camper van!
I just used this on a week long road trip through the western US mostly UTAH for car camping. It keep everything nicely cooled despite being in a hot car. It was connected to a portable 2kw battery supply. The resting power consumption was very low 1-2 w and when the compressor was running only about 20 w. The construction quality is top notch. Very satisfied with this cooler.
Got this in our Tacoma truck bed - works great with our truck’s built-in power inverter while driving. While camping, we ran it with the ICECO magnetic battery. This is a solid setup for overlanding and camping.
Great looking and well built. Cools down to 34 degrees in 30 minutes at 85 degrees ambient. Freezes in 45-50 minutes. I have not killed my batteries on my Sprinter van leaving it on for 2 days without starting the van!
I’ve been on the road for two weeks with the ICECO freezer/refrigerator and it has worked flawlessly.
I bought this refer due its small size. I also got the battery pack. It works great for road trips.
Cools down quickly. Draws minimal power. Excellent fridge/freezer.
The APL55 is awesome so far. Aside from an issue with my power unit shutting the power to the unit when I left Bluetooth range, I had no issues. I just don’t use Bluetooth any longer.
