Horrible customer service

Received our cooler. It wasn’t working right. Contacted company. Have jumped through hoops doing all
Sorts of troubleshooting with them. It’s still not working and irs like pulling teeth to get return started. They said they start. Waited a week and had to reach back out to them in which they asked for information already given twice. It’s been a nightmare. At this point would rather spend more and go to the competitor.

Great refrigerator/freezer

Just had a chance for the first outing and it held icecream sandwiches good and frozen and the food and drink cold on the other side so far love this product!

I did purchase iceco ycd60s from amazon 2 days ago.I set the refrigerator to -18 degrees,but it didint fall below -16. So i am asking ıs that normal or not?
