I'm updating a negative review that I left. After leaving the review Iceco reached out to me and addressed my concerns. After we were unable to troubleshoot the problem, iceco sent out a replacement unit. Communication has been good after everything got cleared up. Unfortunately, the website will not allow me to modify or delete my original review.

Cool cooler

It has met all expectations a very high quality construction. It doesn't take much power to run. It run for 3+ days on a bluetti ac240.

Very Happy

I am very happy with this product. Worked just as expected. No need for ice and no more soggy food. It sits in the back of my truck and I can change the temp and zones from the app which is very easy to use without having to get out. It cools down from 90+ degrees to refrigerator temps way faster than I thought it would.

Only lasted 4 months, iceco support ignores our emails

The refrigerator and freezer keeps swapping, freezing our vegetables and de-thawing our meet. We have tried troubleshooting per their website and it still does it. Iceco customer service does not respond to our emails. Very dissatisfied considering how much money we spent on the unit and the food it ruined for us.
