Sometimes will get stuck cooling one zone. There is a valve that changes which side it is cooling. It may be trying to cool the other zone, but will continue cooling the zone it is stuck on far past the zone setting. I've found leaving it on Eco mode gives it enough time to eventually get the zone switch valve unstuck. I feel like this shouldn't be an issue at this price. I probably would've been better off buying two individual single zone units instead.

It runs great. Love everything about it. Even the handle issue people talk about is a non issue once you get a hang of it. You just kinda push down with your palm facing up and hook up with your fingers, easy. One quick hook motion. Usb ports are great for keeping our camp lights and phones charged. I would highly recommend it for folks that are bringing a lot of food on a long trip.

I have only run the unit on AC power so far and it works great. Durable shell and handles, and I like the dual zone. The ability to open the lid from either direction is super convenient. I haven’t gotten the DC to work but customer service has responded to me promptly.

So I bought this big boy and went to the beach for 4 days right afterwards. It performed wonderfully even with 7 people getting stuff out of it all day, each day. It was quite a chunk of money to spend, but it was money well spent. Buy once, cry once. One thing I will note, just skip buying the soft cover that's made for it. It's too loose fitting and the Velcro lid covers just are not practical.

Perfect solution to keep in the back of my truck for when we go shopping or camping. I turn it on when I leave the house and by the time I'm done shopping, it has reached the right temps. Quick delivery.
