The First VL 75 That I Received Was Damaged In Shipping By The Carrier. I Called Customer Service And In Less Than 3 Minutes Of Conversation And A Quick Email To Customer Service With Pictures Of The Damage The Problem Was Resolved And Less Than Two Days Later I Was Admiring My New Refrigerator Freezer. The Unit Has Been Running Since The Day It Arrived Without Issue. It Is Very User Friendly And Functions As Described. This Unit Sits Inside A Building That Reaches Inside Temperatures Of 80-90 Degrees F. And Has No Problems Keeping The Freezer At 29 Degrees F. And The Refrigerator At 37 Degrees F. Even In High Temperatures The Compressor Cycles On And Off Normally Instead Of Running Constantly Which Indicates To Me Good Insulation Quality. Current Draw Is Minimal And The Unit Is Quiet Emitting A Pleasant Hum That Lets Me Know That I Have Cold Drinks And Food Waiting For Me. Overall I Am So Far Very Pleased With The VL75ProD And The Customer Service That ICECO Provided.

I put one side down to 05 degrees, it made ice creme completely frozen.

Just got done with a 3 week trip and the fridge was great. Having the option to change between fridge and freezer was great. Kept food fresh the entire time. Two items I wish would be addressed are as follows:

1. The fridge came with an Anderson plug connector type for the RV. One trip the 12v plug came loose and lost all of our food. Not a fridge issue, but ended up having the tape the connector in.

2. Our fridge was on a slide out, and in the direct sun the fridge would be a few degrees hotter than what was set. If there was a fitted cover to help that would be huge. Ended up using our trucks windshield sunshade on top the help assist

Shipping was good, on time and no damage. Fridge looks nice but would be better if it had a logo on both sides not just the one. When first plugging in the fridge Using 12v socket I had error message e1 after about 5 minutes of running. It would not continuously run off any of my factory 12v plugs in my ford raptor. I hard wired directly to my battery and now runs without error but does more energy than expected, will last around 24 hr before draining battery below 11v. So I will have to run the engine every day.l, Looking into a solar unit. Works perfect with the 110v wall plug. The lower plastic corner bumpers were loose and rattling when
The compressor is running, I attempted to tighten the torque bolts but they are stripped out and just keep spinning, probably over torqued from the factory, will
Be looking into some sort of repair, maybe just new screws. Using the fridge this week for a 10 day camping/overland trip for my family of 4, holds all our cold food no problem. Iceco 25 percent off sale effective two weeks after my purchase, I reached out to ask for price match but no response yet.

The VL75ProD is the third ICECO portable fridge/freezer I have purchased for no other reason that they are an exceptional product and value. The first fridge freezer I owned was from a competing company that begins with a D, lets call it "Brand D". I had nothing but problems after the first year. It was the unreliability of "Brand D" that prompted my internet search and I came across ICECO. The rest is history. I encourage all of my van friends who have a "Brand D" that has started to act up to get online and buy an ICECO. Like I said at the outset..great reliable product at a fair value!
