This refrigerator is the perfect size, the lid can be opened on either side or removed completely for loading and unloading, I also have shelf above the fridge and the lid has to be removed completely in order for me to take the basket out and get what is underneath. The light inside is a must for use inside my van and at night. The compressor is also very quiet. I cannot say enough good things about my ICECO

This cooler is exactly what I was hoping for. It cools down quickly. It is very quiet and has been super reliable.

I purchased the VL45ProS, protective cover, fridge slide and magnetic battery. I have used a few weekends, and I'm impressed so far. So impressed, I've decided to build a dedicated drawer system for my overlanding rig with the Iceco fridge as the centerpiece. The metal shell makes the unit feel high quality above its price point and certainly durable. I have not had a problem, but I wish the plastic handles were more robust. The protective cover fits like a glove - highly recommend if you are moving the unit about. As an aside, the unit is the perfect height to fit in the bed of my full-size pickup truck with tonneau cover closed. Many fridges and yeti coolers are too tall. The fridge slide is bomber and operates easy with one hand. The fridge cools down fast so no need to pre-cool items before departure. Don't underestimate the dual opening lid. With my configuration, in two different vehicles, the flexibility to open from both sides or remove entirely was an unexpected must have. Not joking about the cooler and ice - never again...

This cooler has been a game changer, not having to worry about getting ice and not having soggy food is just one more thing to not have to worry about when going out. One of the reasons I went with this model is for the lid opening on both sides of the cooler so accessing it while in the truck and also outside the truck door easily has been awesome! It is little on the heavier side but that was expected. This cooler has performed great so far, not loud and very efficient!

No longer having to worry about food getting water logged has been such a relief when camping. We ordered it this summer and it’s joined us on multi day camping weekends, PWN road trips, beach outings and even just for use at house parties. It has been keeping our drinks at the perfect temp each time. Currently working on smothering it with fun stickers.
