Battery Protection: E1 means that the battery protection mode is activated due to the voltage of the battery falling below the set battery protection mode. This might be a sign of a low battery. Refer to your manual for the voltage cut-off chart, and set the fridge to LOW battery protection mode. The E1 code will clear within 10 minutes.

Fan Error: E2 means that the cooling fan is over-loaded, drawing more than 1A of current. For certain models, we can ship a replacement fan. Please reach out to our customer support for assistance.

Compressor Error: The compressor's motor is blocked or the pressure difference in the refrigeration system is too high. Please turn off the power for at least 5 minutes, and then reconnect it, leaving it powered on for 10 minutes to check the situation.

Minimum Motor Speed Error: This error occurs when the compressor is overloaded, and the motor cannot maintain its minimum speed of 1850 RPMs. Please turn off the power for at least 5 minutes, and then reconnect it, leaving it powered on for 10 minutes to check the situation.

Temperature Protection: The temperature might be too high or too low to protect the compressor control module. (the ambient temperature being too extreme or the system load being too heavy, causing the internal temperature of the module/ECU to be > 212F or < 14F). Please let the refrigerator to reach room temperature before restarting it. Check if the fan is obstructed, and ensure there is enough space for the compressor to get proper airflow.
