Don’t hesitate to purchase

I spend a tremendous amount of time on and off the road exploring and this fridge freezer combo is by far the best investment I ever did… It pretty much runs nonstop and I’ve never had one issue with it… The product and the customer service is second to none… If you’re needing a fridge freezer combo, do not hesitate to purchase…

Great Investment

Cooler is a great investment. Cooler is very rugged and durable. Excellent for Hunters ,RV owners and outdoor enthusiasts. I have several. Keeps food and drinks the correct temperature. Keeps from having to buy ice. Great investment for outdoor activities.

Fridge and Slide

The fridge looks and works great. Other than a dent on one of the sides. There’s no side protection while shipping. I had it going for a week in 75 to 80 degree temps with zero issues on my solar.
The slide on the other hand is terrible. The locking design is metal on metal and rattles like crazy. When it’s locked in the close position it’s got 1/4 inch of play.

Horrible Customer service

I purchased this unit and it was delivered Dec 4 (18 weeks) ago. I used it at home extensively to become familiar with the product and I am now 2000 miles into an adventure and the unit will not hold the set temperature. I need to manually cycle the power every 4 days for the unit to work correctly. I called customer service this morning (6 hours ago) and within the past 15 minutes. I have had no follow up or return call from Iceco. I am being told a technician will call me by the end of the day to walk me through a process to validate a warranty claim. I have another 4000 miles to go on my journey and I am stuck in this location waiting for a phone call on a product that was highly recommended. I am seriously questioning my choice and the YouTube videos that have discount codes offered by Iceco. I see absolutely no sense of urgency from Iceco. They have a process to follow and they don't appear to care how long it takes or how much of an inconvenience it is to me. There is a correct way to handle this situation and Iceco is doing the exact opposite of that.

Game Changer

Avid camper and long time ice cooler user. The fridge is a game changer. You don’t know how much I don’t miss the ice. The unit itself has been running good. I would say on a Anker solid c1000 I ran it over a weekend trip starting early morning hours on a Friday to late Sunday and still had 30% of power still left. I fully cooled (both sides utilize as fridge) down the fridge the prior night. In addition I charged 2 phones and camp lighting to full from being very low on power. The power draw from the fridge was not too much. It was great to have unsoaked and more sanitary food at camp.
