It is perfect for our tailgates, cross country trips with friends and family, never without the things you need and want form medications to Ice Cream.
We travel in our RV multiple times a year. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer in our RV lacks the capacity for weeks on the road. Our freezer and refrigerator provides us the additional capacity that we need on the road and provides additional freezer/refrigerator capacity when we're at home. We're very impressed with the quality of our ICECO and are so glad that we purchased this brand as well!
I've had this for a month now. It rides in the bed of a 4th gen Toyota under a tri-fold tonneau cover. With the factory bed mat, I had to slightly modify the cover to clear, but it wasn't a problem. The fridge has been great. I bought the battery and use the 12v outlet in bed to keep everything charged up and running. Not having to open the bed cover to get my drinks out has been wonderful. I also off-road and use the included straps to keep everything in place. Works like a champ. So far, I'm very happy with it. Would recommend it if you're on the fence
This is perfect solution for my Lexus GX 550. I have a MOLLE style shelf built into the ceiling of my cargo area. It prevents the lid from fully opening and severely limits access from the top. I usually have to pull the refrigerator out and set it on the ground, which is no easy chore for a 75-year-old man. The third door access is genius and completely resolved the issue. I recently returned from a multi day trip to Mexico for the Baja 400 Offroad race. We camped on the beach every night and it was so cool to leave the refrigerator lashed down the entire time. I now have three ICECO units. Whether I’m running a local Arizona trail or the Rubicon, they have always performed flawlessly. Yeah, I’m a fan.

It’s works great with my fridge. Wish it was Bluetooth and let me know when my fridge disconnects from roughly trails.
This is our 3rd IceCo Freezer. The first I installed on a custom slide and sold it with the rig. The lates the V60 single is used on our coach as a bulk freezer. I highly recommend.

Zero need for a cooler slide! What a brilliant design that saves a weight & space & provides access from inside, outside & at the tailgate of my Super Pacific camper on my Tacoma! Kudos to Iceco’s design team for this gem!
I’ve used this fridge several times on the road and last week when our home fridge died, the APL55 saved a ton of fresh food! We had the fresh food in it for a week. It worked perfectly.
On the road in fridge mode, it is very efficient on the ICECO battery. 7 hour drive and it was only at 75%. Another trip with the freezer side, it ran down the ICECO battery to 25%. We have a Bluetti Charge 2 and Hub, with an Elite 300. It’ll run this thing all weekend.

Well I have my fridge in the bed of my truck, Arizona heat did not affect it. Massive monsoons. I drive 8 hours in solid rain no issues so far. No rain in vents either. I have mine hooked up to where the secondary battery powers the fridge rechargeable, with aux switch and a few relays I have the main power switch off the rechargeable and drop the secondary feed on the battery side to use constant battery. Very pleased love the app. Wish CarPlay worked though!
