The courier put my package upside down, what should I do?

Please leave your refrigerator upright for 24 hours to allow the compressor lubricant to resettle before powering on the fridge. Otherwise it may contribute to certain operation abnormalities. You can let the fridge operating several days to see whether it is working properly.

How to turn off the UV light?

UV Light Setting:
1. In the power-on state and with the lid closed, the UV light starts by default and turns off automatically after 30 minutes of functioning;
2. The UV light will automatically stop working when the lid is opened;
3. If you don't want to use this function, press "ON/OFF" and "SET" button at the same time when the refrigerator is on to turn off the UV light function; press "ON/OFF" and "SET" button at the same time again to turn on the UV light again.

JP40 Pro - Game Changer

Loving this the JP40 Pro so far. I've used it non-stop & put it through its paces since I received it 2 months ago. Camped for 3 days & 4 days so far - no problems keeping food cold & unit fully charged via Jackery 300/solar panels & Iceco battery, even during overcast/foggy conditions. Total game changer, and most importantly, my wife loves it - no more soggy food! Only regret is that I did not get the dual zone.

This cooler has been great so far. It’s lightweight and has plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this to someone I know.

My second ICECO and it's excellent

I bought a second one of these coolers, this one the 50L Pro. It's for our car trips across the US, and our 79L Pro for bringing fish back from Baja. I also purchase 2 of the small battery packs that run the coolers overnight while we're not moving. They are fantastic as well. ICECO's are more expensive the China coolers but they are worth 5x as much. There is just no comparison. Buy the best and you'll never be disappointed. Our son is currently using our JP50 Pro in his condo until his refrigerator gets fixed. Options!

Agree with all these positive reviews on the product. My review has to do with customer service. I had an issue with the freezer temp settings. After some testing, IceCo quickly sent me a new unit and I returned my original unit with the packaging from the replacement unit. I judge a company based on their service level when something goes wrong. IceCo rates a 10 in customer service.
