Just used my new APL55 on a two week camping trip. So far it has worked great. I also purchased the solar panel and battery pack. It has had no problem keeping the fridge powered up and running. Very pleased so far.

This thing is amazing. Got tired of getting ice all the time for an ice chest. Put a bag of loose ice in a baggy into the freezer section. No melting and refreeze. Stayed frozen and loose during a 8 hour car ride. Also got the small battery pack to go with it. It works ok. Doesn’t detract from the unit itself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase.
