My fridge won't start on DC or AC.

Please check if the DC power plug of the refrigerator has poor contact or is not connected tightly.
Please start the refrigerator correctly according to the instructions (long press to start for GO series).
Please remove the back cover of the refrigerator to check if the terminals are loose.

Excellent Cooler

I have owned the GO20 for a number of years. I use it constantly for my ranch work. In the hot Texas heat the cooler stays in my truck with nice cold drinks and usually a sandwich. It is powered by a power pack to last all day. Great cooler!!!!!!!

Return/Exchange

I bought a GO 20 cooler last summer and it worked great all last year. This year however the thermostat was broken and it just froze everything. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and offered to replace my cooler which I thought was great. The replacement cooler got lost in transit, so they sent another one right after contacting them. I’m a little bummed that the replacement doesn’t have blue tooth capability which I really liked on the other one, but as far as their customer service, they get a A+!

Love my ICECO!

The easiest and most reliable cooler I have used. The app makes it even easier to use! I have used it with a Jackery and run it through the power on my vehicle so that, when I turn off my car, the Jackery continues to cool while I run into a store. Have also used it directly plugged into my vehicle so that it comes on when I start my car. I LOVE that I don't have to use ice anymore!!!! Thank you, ICECO!

I bought the Iceco 21QT GO20 Dual Zone 12V Portable Freezer (White) and I opted for the insulated cover. I spent a long time comparing brands and this is the one I settled on for capacity, energy efficiency, weight, and features (like dual zone). I love this cooler/freezer! I plugged it in to the car after a recent trip to Costco to purchase meat. I got back in the car, put the meat in the cooler, and programmed it to 35 degrees. I was pretty amazed at how quickly the cooler got down to the target temperature. I want to say it only took like 10 minutes. I keep it in my car even when not in use and I am surprised at how cool the inside of it stays (with the insulated cover on it). I bought this for extended road trips and I feel confident it will satify my needs on the road. As for the aesthetics, it is beautiful and very sleek! I love it!
