First, this is a great refrigerator! ive used it for 1.5 years and it works perfectly every time!
We use it for camping and it is incredible efficient on our battery and the size and features are great!

Second, their customer service team is INCREDIBLE !! I ran into a tiny issue and they went above and beyond to help me, you rarely see that in a company now a days

plus they have a 1 and 5 year warranty which is really good!

Mini fridges are common to have little issues here and there so I'd highly recommend going with a brand like icoco that has a good product and great service!

I bought my GO20 fridge over 2 years ago and it’s been great. It keeps all my food nice and cold and draws very little energy. Recently one of the lid hinges broke and customer service was very helpful on helping me figure out how to fix it.

I've used my GO20 all over the place and it has always been reliable, efficient, and effective. It is now serving duty as a freezer on my sailboat and I couldn't be happier with it. I'd buy another ICECO in heartbeat, but I already have a VL45 I love as well. Keep up the good work ICECO.

I’m on the road a lot and it’s nice to have cold drinks and stuff. This fits perfectly in the rear floorboard and is easily accessible. Works fantastic! Highly recommended recommend!

Go20 is very good smaller compact fridge, quiet and efficient. I had issue with cable little bit over after a year, customer service was great and they provide me with new updated version of cable which is much better as my original one.

Great product! Works as described! We use it on camping trips.

We have the older version of this cooler . It literally runs 24/7 for the last 2 years . It runs quiet as can be cools quickly and have never had a problem. Would buy again if needed .

We do a lot of car travel. This fridge works great for keeping things cold that get yucky in the old ice/melted ice coolers. Like items like cheese, cardboard containers, open cold cut packages, butter, etc. Plus really nice to have the freezer section for ice cream and such - can't do that with the ice cooler. (we still use an ice cooler for our canned drinks) Had it over a year now. And nice to be able to convert from two sections into one section depending on our needs. Runs great, quiet.

UPDATED REVIEW as of April, 2025: I am updating my previous 1-star review to 4-stars because ICECO's Customer Service acknowledged a problem they've had with the older power cords and sent me the upgraded replacement, even though the unit is long out of warranty. This cord seems to have solved the problem.

I could not conscientiously elevate the rating to 5-stars due to being unable to lower the temperature to its rated 0ºF, which is why I shopped and chose ICECO. But it still freezes well at 5ºF +/-

I purchased this ICECO GO20 frig, and shortly after the larger JP50. I gave a poor review for the JP50 and ICECO contacted me to bargain for a better review or deletion by offering me what turned out to be a fairly useless accessory. In short, I was BRIBED to remove the bad review. To my shame I accepted, only to have further trouble with the other frig - the GO20.

The GO20 became intermittent in its internal power connection, making it wholly undependable. Of course any manufactured item can fail, so I tried to contact ICECO's Customer Support to ask what I could do to get the frig repaired, or at least some directions to open it up, since it seems to be sealed against customer repair. They simply ignored my request, which isn't unusual since I've found their Customer Service to very poor at best.

When the JP50 arrived, it had incorrect handle parts and one warped item making it unusable. It took several weeks before ICECO finally shipped the replacement parts, never once responding to my inquiries.

I wanted to update my previously posted, and the deleted, review. I will NEVER again purchase an ICECO product, which touts "German engineering" but is not made by a German company, but a Chinese company based in Italy.

The Iceco Go20 has been the most enjoyable cooler I've used for weekends and day trips. Fits easily behind my gladiator seat. Keeping the beverages colder than my home refrigerator. 5 plus stars!

This is a great cooler. I have used it five straight days a week for the past two years and it works like a charm.

I bought the ICECO GO20 four years ago to use as a single-zone freezer on the sailboat to supplement the on-board unit. I know most people use a portable DC fridge just a few times a year, but since I have owned this one, it has 2 full YEARS of run-time on it. It's incredibly quiet, uses very little power (the solar panel can easily keep up when I'm out on the islands) and keeps all my food frozen solid. I have recommended ICECO to friends who have bought this and the bigger units for 4 wheeling, use in a pop-up camper trailer in the Colorado Rockies and even an off-grid solar cabin in the Sierra Nevadas. They're all as pleased as I am!

This has been a great fridge/freezer. I've had absolutely no issues with it except a broken hinge that just happened after nearly two years of daily use. And quite possibly, I may have tried to close the lid on a full fridge and forced it closed, which may have caused the hinge to break. Having said that, I discovered the hinge is some sort of cast metal, not solid aluminum or stainless steel, which would be a better design. Nevertheless, I'm still giving the GO20 five stars because it has worked and served me so well. If the size of this unit is right for you, then you can't go wrong. The downside is that Iceco didn't make it deep enough to fit plastic containers such as milk, orange juice, and so on. It's about 1/4" short. This is the biggest pet peeve many owners of the GO20 have. It will fit the paper 1/2 gallon milk cartons and orange juice. The painted surface scratches easily, so get the insulated cover if that's going to be an issue for you, especially if this unit will be in the car and sometimes in the sun. It will still keep the temperature, but it will have to work harder to keep the temperature. Other reviewers complain about the noise when the compressor turns on, but I never even noticed that. It's not that loud. Oh, and it's easy to clean. I have been using the older version of the app from my phone and it works great. It's a very simple app with very simple controls.

Its the right size to fit in our truck camper and seems to do the job. We were impressed with the low power consumption, but it was a bit noisier than we had expected. It is also consistently about 3.5deg warmer than the set temp so we will compensate for that. We were running in fridge mode, not freezer.

This is our second ICECO portable product and we love it! We have the 47.5QT VL and purchased this 21QT GO20 to use for shorter trips and flexibility. The dual zone is amazing - who knew I could bring ice cream on trips! Love the soft closing lid (no slam), the display, and size. Very user friendly and it chills quickly. The smaller size allows for us to use in our small wagon, Jeep, or Truck easily in the back seats for ease of accessibility when traveling. Having these refrigerators is a game changer - no ice to deal with and great for shopping trips, too. We do a lot of camping and off roaming, so this offers a great alternative to regular coolers. Overall wonderful,product!

In case I failed at getting reply sent from iPhone: To date, have nothing but great to say re new GO20. Evident much thought went into design as very impressed with the thoughtful quality design, variable functions, compact, relatively lightweight package.
Am curious how it handles intermittent power suppy interruptions, as in when travelling, the start/stop for fuel, etc, Did not see recommendations in the area. Without a full time DC power supply in vehicle, constant supply not possible. Hoping that not detrimental to life-thx much.

I purchased the Go20 to use in my very small Aliner pop-up camper. It fits perfectly in a cabinet in the camper, uses very little 12-volt power, and can easily be moved between the camper and my tow vehicle. I’ve only used it once so far, on a 10 day trip through Texas and New Mexico in the August heat. It was so, so, so much better than dealing with a cooler full of ice and soggy food. I used it with the divider in, and both sides performed perfectly. I plan to use this cooler/freezer for many more camping trips and during the increasingly frequent power outages in my hometown.

This is my 3rd iceco that I own. I needed a small fridge for day trips or just in my work van on really hot days for ice cold drinks. Works flawlessly and never let's me down.

I bought the go20 a couple of months ago and I love having it in the back of my Toyota crown. It’s not much larger than the old yeti I used to carry, but it’s surprisingly lighter, and with no ice more spacious. Freezer partition works great, don’t use it much, but it’s nice to have when I need it. Overall I’d buy another if I needed it.

After going back and forth a bit i am very pleased with their customer service. It's a huge plus for us as customers when a company stands by its products and resolves any issues that may come up after post-sales. Definitely recommend them.

Great cooler

Form, fit, and performance is excellent. This is our 2nd ICECO unit (first is APL55), previous unit is performing very well.

Seems to work good so far. Was able to put two half gallon milks upright in it. Freezes good as well. Power consumption has been spot on.
