Does the JP40 continue to function when at a tilt?

JP40 can work at a tilt less than 40°, when the tilting value is exceeded, the refrigerator will stop working automatically. In order to keep the portable refrigerator at its best performance, we recommend that the portable refrigerator should not in the state of tilting work for a long time.

Can the JP40 fridge be plugged into a 120w AC outlet?

You can plug it into 120W with AC power cord.

Great entry level fridge that can do it all

I purchased my JP 40 cooler a couple months back as my car cooler had died on me and I could not be more happy with this purchase. My first trip was to Ohio for one week where I traveled with food necessary and was able to keep everything at 35° which I found was perfect for what I needed on the way home. However, I was returning with deer meat that I had hunted and was able to keep everything frozen solid at 0° inside the cooler for my nine hour trip. I pair the cooler with a jackery which are a full charge. Will keep the cooler running on Eco mode for 2 1/2 days. Today I’m driving 12 hours to North Carolina and will be hunting in Virginia later this week where the ice cold cooler JP 40 will be used from everything to keeping food in it. Safe temperature zone and also on the return home keeping the meat frozen. If you know that you’re going on longer trips, perhaps a bigger cooler would be more beneficial, but for what I am doing, I couldn’t be happier.

The JP40 is perfect for me so far. I am new to "electric camping" and this is a good start. The refrigerator is sturdy, holds it temperature and roomy enough for me. Looking forward to extended use with it!

Great Unit

This unit works great. It can work as a refrigerator or a freezer. It cools fast. After several years the latch broke, but it was no big deal because ICECO customer service sent me a replacement. Great service.
