I think the title says it all. The freezer I purchased was missing an integral part. When I reached out for help, all
I got was a dismissive “Sorry, we discontinued this product, we can’t help you.” The entire customer service process was outsourced to a third party call center, and even contacting ICECO directly hardly made a difference. I had to explain, in great details, the legal obligations a manufacturer has under consumer protection laws, and even then, instead of providing the missing part at no cost, I was forced to purchase it.
A seemingly decent freezer from a company that’s undeniably sh*tty. Just hope that if you purchase a freezer, you’ll never have to contact them asking for help.
