Iceco customer service

Refrigerator seems to be well-made cools down quick stays cool. Can’t say the same for their customer service. Accidentally ordered a cover not knowing that it came with one. Completed the return form and never heard back. Called customer service I’m assuming they use an outside customer service everyone I spoke with seem to have difficulty understanding what I was referring to. After multiple emails back-and-forth they finally sent a return label of course that I will need to pay for out of my own pocket. You would think after spending $1000 A company would send a return label for free. very disappointed with their customer service. Hope nothing ever happens to the refrigerator/freezer.
