The first unit I received, one of the metal contacts in the power port was pushed back so the plug couldn’t make contact. After a couple of emails with customer service they sent me a new unit within a week. Customer service were great and helpful, just too much lost time without a working product. The second unit after unpacking the power/temp screen was hanging out by the wires. Fortunately I was able to snap it back in. There is obviously a quality control issues with this product line that needs addressed. So far so good but I have concerns for longevity.

Thing is great use it for work keep drinks cold without added cost of ice this one is my first I will be buying another

I bought this refer due its small size. I also got the battery pack. It works great for road trips.

plugged in and it cooled almost immediately and works excellent. very fast cool down and quiet. that was in garage and will take camping in a week long trip. will keep everyone posted. but so far very happy.

We use our APL20 as a companion to our larger VL45GSN on travel and camping trips. The APL20 preserves our frozen items until our camper freezer attains the desired temperature. We also bring craft cocktail ice, and the APL20 keeps those big ice cubes ready for happy hour. It is a great little fridge/freezer. Very much recommend.

Love everything about my 21L! It is the perfect size for weekend trips to store drinks, snacks, and medical supplies. Being able to use the app to remotely monitor and control the temperature and zones is so handy.

This is my second Iceco refrigerator and it serves my quick trip needs perfectly. Just wish it was one or two inches higher so that water bottles would stand up rather then having to lay them down. It would also be nice if you were able to plug it in from either end. Still love it and as long as they continue to operate as long as they do, I will continue to purchase my camping refrigerators from Iceco

So far it's exactly what I needed. Fits into the space I have available. Holds what expected it to. Stays at the temperature I set it at. I have no complaints at the moment. It seems to be the quality product that I expected. It will spend it's days in my semi truck on the move. It won't get many breaks. I expect it to hold up for many years.

We bought the black ICECO fridge and absolutely love it! The color looks so sleek and modern — it actually makes our photos look even better when we’re out camping. So far it works amazingly, temperature very well because it's black it does attract a lot of heat but with the amount of thick insulation and the fact that the actual refrigerator works really well, there are no issues and it holds cold drinks and food very well. Power draw is very nice and conservative on how much it actually needs. Overall very good but it is only been 20 days the real test will be time but I have no doubt that this refrigerator will last.

Frig & cover deal was fantastic …looks great & really makes a difference in the hot weather. I just have to keep my boys from sitting on it :)

I am very happy with the new fridge! It ran all night long on the battery pack I purchased with it. It runs super quiet. It is very easy to turn on and set. Way to go ICECO!

As a first responder and USCG vessel captain need a cooler to keep my drinks and food for days without the use of ice. Did extensive research but choose this brand ICECO due to the quality & workmanship. Cooler has great latches, along with a nice seal on the lid. I also purchased the battery pack (ICECO) which has surpassed my expectations in performance. I travel extensive off the grid and by adjusting the temperature of the cooler have been able to obtain more at least 24 hours of on the battery pack. Will most likely purchase a larger cooler in the future MAYBE? this one seems to be just about the right size for a weeks worth of use. ICECO please increase the first responder discount to at least 15-20% us front line teams would really appreciate it.
