Coverage Includes:
The situation listed below can be covered by the Worry-Free Purchase;
Lost:
1. You haven't received your packages even though it shows "Delivered".
2. Your packages are stolen.
3. You haven't received it for over 30 days.
Damage:
The products are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
Delay:
U.S.: Not delivered after the 10 days following order fulfillment are considered lost.
Outside Of The U.S.:
Not delivered after the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered lost.
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

Where to Apply for the Claim?
You can submit your claim by accessing the Resolution Center via the 'Report an Issue' link in the Seel policy email or by visiting https://resolve.seel.com. A verification email will be sent to you, and you can log in by entering the provided verification code.
What to Do After Applying for a Claim?
Once you've applied, Seel will process your claim within 48 hours. If you don't receive a response within this time frame, feel free to contact us at service.nas@BRAND.com for assistance.

To ensure your claim is processed smoothly, please provide the necessary supporting documents based on the type of claim.
Claim for Damage
If the item(s) are damaged during transit, we need to evaluate the nature, cause, and impact of the damage. The following documents are required for a damage claim:

Clear photo(s) of the carrier packaging and product packaging

Clear photo(s) showing how the item(s) are damaged
The payout amount for damage will depend on the evaluation results and can cover up to 100% of the purchase value, depending on how the damage affects the usability of the item(s). Please note that:
The supporting documents you provide will directly affect our evaluation process. Make sure to provide detailed and clear evidence to facilitate the resolution.
Claim for Loss
a. If the shipment is marked by the carrier "lost", or "delivery" scan 30 days after shipment, you don’t need to provide any additional proof.
b. If the shipment has shown a "delivery" scan, but was not received, we encourage you to look around in your neighborhood or mail hub first. If, however, you still can’t find your package, we might need one of the following as the supporting document to qualify for a claim of loss:
Claim for Delay
No additional documents are required for delay claims. The case will be automatically assessed based on the tracking information of your package.
