1. How long should I wait for my shipping?

We aim for 3 days and many of you are lucky enough to get it that fast. If 3 days has passed, don’t worry as COVID-19 has impacted postal services too & may experience shipping delays which can take up to 2 weeks. We feel you! We promise you it is worth the wait!

2. What kind of compressor do you have:

We proudly have a great quality German SECOP Danfoss compressor with a 5 year warranty. You heard that right! For 5 straight years? Yes!!!!

3. What if my refrigerator got damaged during shipping?

Ah!! UPS must’ve been in a bad mood with the pandemic going on. Send us a photo by texting it our LA office number 1-866-494-3797. Make sure to include your name, product model and order number so we would know who you are. Our team will be there to help resolve this issue and make sure that you are happy with your experience with our cooler ;)

4. Can this product be used as a refrigerator or freezer?

You got that right! You are getting the best of both worlds. You control the temperature and let our cooler do its work. On the dual zones, you can even have a freezer and refrigerator at the same time!

5. Can I plug it in my car?

Yes, we have an AC/DC charger so you can store your favorite ice cream or chilled drink on the road!
