Now that I've had an opportunity to use the cooler I want to add what a game changer! My last review was of a limited usage so I needed to add this. There is a light inside the cooler that is awsome! It also cools down fast, has a small enough footprint in the jeep but tonnes of space inside. Both sides work great! I'll be getting the slide unit for this sometime in the future. Battery is a great addition and valuable as you don't necessarily need an additional power source, depending on your application. Love it!
I have purchased multiple products from Iceco over the years. The first one was a VL45 and it is still going strong. The BF65 is a game changer in that I can replace the 40 or old Dometic 211 in my truck camper to a energy efficient solution like this. It is a few inches smaller dimensionally so you need to fill the gap with trim, but better than adding a slider and a chest freezer set up in that cavity. Only thing I would ask Iceco to do is make a more rigid shelf, this one bows slightly with heavier items on it.
The freezer was exactly as described on the website. It arrived quickly and in good shape. It has been working perfectly. The cover is excellent at insulating the freezer and yet, easy access is maintained. I would purchase this again!

Paired with my Jackery, the magnetic PB250 power bank, and a small solar panel has proven that I can keep my food/beverages cold indefinitely. So long ice cubes and floating ziplocks!
Just finished a trip to Lake Tahoe. This eye catching metallic wonder was drawing attention at the beach. It was kinda fun to offer my friends ice cream drumsticks!
I used my PB250 power bank magnetically attached to the cooler for a good 10+ hour beach day.
This cooler runs quiet, quite efficient, lightweight, and can be controlled with my cellphone. It even has an app in Apple CarPlay so I can monitor and control from the dash while driving.
I’ve reached out on two occasion with question to ICECO, and they seem to respond in 1-2 days. Overall quite happy and impressed.

Nice fridge
This could be the perfect fridge for Van camping. I got it because it was efficient, well insulated, reliable, quiet, and Built Tough and I really like the styling. The capacity seemed a little smaller than what I was expecting but when you consider no ice and normal accessibility to grocery stores it is plenty for short trips.
Used the freezer and refrigerator for a five day camping trip and it was flawless. Efficient, consistent temperature and plenty of space for a five (and longer) day trip. Was initially concerned there was t enough room but we returned with plenty of food left over.
We bought an APL55 to eliminate ice purchases for our 2 45qt coolers. Over the last 10 years we have probably spent enough on ice to buy the rv park we stay at. Pleasantly surprised that the APL55 held as much as our two ice coolers. No spoilage either.
