We ordered two. Received one in perfect working order; one damaged. Submitted claim to customer service anticipating "we will send you a replacement". No! First we had to run a series of trouble shooting steps and document our results. Okay, seems reasonable. Unit failed all testing. Submitted detailed description and photos (my husband is an engineer), and anticipated, "send it back and in the meantime we will send a new one". No! Representative read the data wrong (actually upside down) and requested another full day of testing. Okay, we're retired and can play along. Unit failed all tests. Sent documented data and again thought we would get a new unit. No! Had to send old, defective one back, confirm receipt, and then, we got a new one. Good thing we weren't in a hurry to leave on a trip.
For now, both units work well. We have yet to take them camping and honestly, we feel a little skeptical. Here's hoping we don't need customer support.
