I have asked customer service twice about my order and they say they will find out and call back but they never do. My only recourse is to create a chargeback on my credit card.

So far so good. I’m on my first car trip with it. I need ease of use. Ample cord to plug into my car’s 12v. Turned it on, pre-chilled it, filled it, and drove. I put a thermometer inside to track the temp. At night, I plugged it into my power bank and it only drew down 11 percent, so the recharge was easily achieved during my subsequent drive. I wish there were better videos on how to set up/use it, as it is often easier for me to understand by watching than reading.

I bought this fridge/freezer to use while traveling and day-tripping. I have plenty of nice ice coolers and they work great but I wanted something that I can take with me that can also keep things frozen if I want. Yeah, and expensive option - it is way cheaper to use dry ice but you have to run to the store and buy that (dry ice) close to the time you want to use it and I wanted the "just get up and go" convenience. This is the first 12v fridge I've owned and so far, I am really enjoying the convenience and this device in particular.

I have not tried the app yet, perhaps when it becomes a bit more mature.

The cooler works great, and while on the small side, I can carry enough stuff in it for a few days of road tripping or camping. It uses about 60-65w to bring the temp down inside, about 30-35w to keep the temp, and about 3-4w when the fan is running. My Jackery 240 will run it for about 8 hours.

It comes with an A/C adapter and cigarette lighter adapter for running off of household service or your car battery (or external battery such as a Jackery).

The fridge is beautiful. So much so that I bought the cover for it so that I can prevent scratching it. When I'm not traveling with it, I sometimes take the cover off to show off the fridge. If you own the cover, you soon realize that taking it off and putting it back on can be a chore unless there are two people (only complaint, the cover is tight for insulation purposes).

Super happy with the fridge/freezer. If I have any issues or comments, I will update this review.

Great little unit, works just as stated, very pleased

Simply put, the protective cover works. Definitely a worthwhile investment. Protects the GO20 finish, which is quite impressive in its own right! Provides a decent level of insulation and ventilation. Easier access to the cooling compartment than I anticipated.

Using the GO20 in a Tesla Model 3 on a regular basis, as well as other vehicles as needed. Also, a great standby for social gatherings. I definitely recommend this cover to anyone purchasing the GO20.
