If you’re stationary this works great. But any little bump in the road will cause it to pop out of socket

This review is for the APL55 having issues on delivery

On July 24, 2024 I called Iceco customer support because the length of time it was taking to get to setpoint. Since I’m a Controls Electrician for robotics and automation I ran several tests showing more than one issue. The more test I ran the more I found. Sent log graphs and notes on issues that I found. After several weeks I finally got approval for a replacement. I then got approval from Paco to have the replacement sent first then I’ll sent back the bad fridge. Called customer support and they couldn’t find the email with many replies and responses that had this approval. They told me no send the bad fridge back first. They also said I could reach out to Paco. All emails for customer support, tech support and management use the same group box so you can’t send the email to Paco or even a single department. It’s been two months since the first call. The last email reply was on Aug 27, 2024. Sent two emails again and called customer support and still no response. They keep saying to be patient they are working on it. I think I’ve been very very very patient so far.

Good quality extension cable

For most people, this cable should work perfectly if extending the fridge's connection to a car's cigarette lighter outlet, which should read at 13-14V. However, I had some issues with using this extension cable to power my JP30 with my power station that reads out at 12.64V, but the ICECO support team was very responsive and helped me work through the issue.

12v DC plug problem

The 12v plug will not maintain contact in my Bluetti EB70S 12v receptical. I have been waiting for IceCo do make a decision to do something! Not impressed yet. I'll hold judgment.
Think about it. I have my fridge filled with perishables and the 12v connection / disconnects because it doesn't lock and stay in the Bluetti solar power station.
