Customer support was fantastic when I had an issue with my GO 20 after 2 years, the freezer side wasn't working properly but without the divider it worked normally as a full fridge. After testing and recording temps showing thermometer readings and app settings, it was determined there was a defect.
Iceco sent me a refurbished replacement, that honestly looked brand new.
I have an RV and a boat, so I asked how much would it cost to keep my old one, I can still use it as a fridge only.
I got a deal I couldn't refuse. Couldn't be happier with how it worked out!
