Great addition to maximize space in the camper. Just be sure to fully support the base. I originally had it overhang the shelf, and overtime the weight of the cooler started to bow the base frame. Remedied by extending the shelf - but just ensure full support from the beginning.

I am giving this a 5 star because it is well built, works as it should, but.... If it would extend out 2 more inches it would allow the lid to fully open in the custom cabinet I built to hold this in the back of my van! I am going to modify my unit so this will work. For the money when you look at buying drawer glides that have this weight rating this is a great buy.

Watching Overlanding videos for years I came to believe that ICECO was the leader in the industry. I’ve been well pleased with the operation of the APL55. It has changed the way I am camping. I can carry frozen food and refrigerate food without having to worry about getting it wet.

Got my 55/60 slide and no mounting hardware. In fact, no mention at all on the website as to included/not included/mounting hardware separate - none at all. Can anyone enlighten me?

Fridge/freezer worked great...temps were in the 100s but the fridge stayed perfectly cold using the portable battery.

I have been using this slide for just over a year. The screws are constantly falling out. I open my rig and find out that the refrigerator has slide to the open position. On my last trip the slide completely broke. The slide is not sturdy enough for the weight of the refrigerator. The welds are terrible and broke. Customer service told me it was out of warranty so too bad.
I have been dealing with customer service and they have been helpful sending me some new parts to fix the slide. My Iceco refrigerator has been performing excellently through my issue with the slide. I would recommend that if you are going to be using the slide offroad you should put Loctite on all of the screws.

wrong and misleading model numbers

Falling apart within the first week of use. ICECO support is not helpful at all. Be warned: if something goes wrong with your order, do not expect support to help.

Also will note that I received a broken fridge and have been fighting with support to get a replacement for over a month, always being given the runaround. Dismal experience all around.

Overall happy with this slider. The first one came damaged during shipping to the point it was unusable. ICECO quickly sent out a replacement at no charge so 5 stars for their customer service!! The slide itself is adequate for the job but does not warrant the $260 price tag in my opinion. Overall pleased and will enjoy using it with my VL60ProS.

Cheap tap welds on the frame. One came undone, and now the front part of the tray that supports the fridge is leaning inwards. The sliders are also leaning inwards, doesn't seem like they took into account the weight of this fridge compared to the other fridges it is supposed to be compatible with. I only have food in the fridge a couple times a month, so the slide should not be buckling under the weight like this. I would add photos but unfortunately the website does not allow me to.

Great service, fast delivery, very competitive price. A couple of weeks after my APL55 was delivered, my home fridge conked out. The Iceco was a terrific asset to keeping things going at home. Thanks!

We purchased the slide mount a few months after having the APL 55 Fridge and it is so convenient! I can now access all of the food, it fits perfect in the back of my Bronco. When the fridge is not in my Bronco, I have a hard canvas bag that I fit in the slide to carry groceries and other things. Great slide mount and it is mounted to a JCR offroad floor.

It’s everything they say it is. I will know how more after a season of hard use but seems like it would be tough to make it any more stout.

I have my APL55 fridge in my Chevy Avalanche, it fits under the bed covers with the slide installed. This thing is well made and took about 1 hour to install. I can't live without it after 2 road trips. I power it with my Pecron E600lfp and have a folding solar panel recharge my solar generator.

I’ve been waiting for this slide since I purchased the fridge on the initial release. Its slim low profile and smooth slide makes the fridge 100 times easier to use. Takes up minimal space. The only negative was that the side bolts and hardware came loose after first outing. Make sure you go through and tighten all the hardware.
