21QT GO20 Dual Zone 12V Portable Freezer (White) | ICECO

I immediately had a problem with the 12V DC cigarette lighter style plug. I contacted customer service. They were helpful and immediately sent me a replacement plug, which resolved the problem. Rest assured, if you have any issues they stand by their products.

Works like a charm. We plug it in the back of our Rivian R1T… control settings in the app. We also take it into our motel rooms if the room doesn’t have either.
I like the feature of making it a refrigerator and freezer or either one alone

If a cooler could be described as "beautiful" then the GO20 qualifies. For my needs, it was/is the perfect combination of size, weight, functionality (dual zone) & portability.

Unfortunately, after ~1.5 years of use, my ICECO GO20 stopped working properly. Customer service/tech support were both prompt and courteous in responding/addressing my situation.

It was determined that I would need a replacement unit and a BONUS is that the original 5 year warranty on the compressor carries over to the replacement unit for however much time was/is left from my original purchase.

What was initially an unfortunate situation was remedied by ICECO's prompt/no hassle response along with the courteous customer service.

I have owned the GO20 for a number of years. I use it constantly for my ranch work. In the hot Texas heat the cooler stays in my truck with nice cold drinks and usually a sandwich. It is powered by a power pack to last all day. Great cooler!!!!!!!

I bought a GO 20 cooler last summer and it worked great all last year. This year however the thermostat was broken and it just froze everything. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and offered to replace my cooler which I thought was great. The replacement cooler got lost in transit, so they sent another one right after contacting them. I’m a little bummed that the replacement doesn’t have blue tooth capability which I really liked on the other one, but as far as their customer service, they get a A+!

The easiest and most reliable cooler I have used. The app makes it even easier to use! I have used it with a Jackery and run it through the power on my vehicle so that, when I turn off my car, the Jackery continues to cool while I run into a store. Have also used it directly plugged into my vehicle so that it comes on when I start my car. I LOVE that I don't have to use ice anymore!!!! Thank you, ICECO!

I bought the Iceco 21QT GO20 Dual Zone 12V Portable Freezer (White) and I opted for the insulated cover. I spent a long time comparing brands and this is the one I settled on for capacity, energy efficiency, weight, and features (like dual zone). I love this cooler/freezer! I plugged it in to the car after a recent trip to Costco to purchase meat. I got back in the car, put the meat in the cooler, and programmed it to 35 degrees. I was pretty amazed at how quickly the cooler got down to the target temperature. I want to say it only took like 10 minutes. I keep it in my car even when not in use and I am surprised at how cool the inside of it stays (with the insulated cover on it). I bought this for extended road trips and I feel confident it will satify my needs on the road. As for the aesthetics, it is beautiful and very sleek! I love it!

It's small, but it meets our needs perfectly since we have limited space. Despite its compact size, it features dual zones, which is a unique offering in the market. We love it! we bought cover with fridge and it's nice!

The directions are not clear. It took me awhile to figure out what was meant. However, the cooler works well and I am pleased with it.

This is a very good quality product. It is easy to operate and functions as advertised (during limited use in my home). I have high expectations for when I am out camping.

I love Iceco products. I now have 2 . Very Reliable and efficient refrigeration or freezer. The freezer freezes as fast as mine in the kitchen.

I have 2 of these Go20 coolers and have use them on several occasions. They work flawlessly every time and are a hit when people see these coolers at pool parties, tailgate parties, etc. I would highly recommend any of the Iceco coolers if you are looking for a powered cooler. Also their customer service is top notch!

Very Impressed so far. Haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet, but it seems like it will be a great addition to our teardrop camper.

I used the iceco 21quart as a full freezer on my recent one week fishing trip- kept my bait in it overnight instead of taking it up to the room each night, then worrying about ice to keep it cool all day whole on the water. My house battery free to 11.9 volts over night and quickly recharged when we took off in the morning. It worked very well. We kept a couple small ziploc bags of ice in it too to ice the fish. Awesome. Great investment!

We wanted a smaller, lighter unit in addition to our JP40 with Cover. We used it for seven days in our car and in our camper. It kept the frozen stuff solid and the fridge stuff cold. We used the divider and the temperature remained exactly as set the whole time on each side. It can be used as all freezer or all refrigerator as well. The unit arrived within a week of ordering. And the cover was not available at the time of ordering but arrived just as promised a few days later. It does hum when the compressor is running but it is not loud or annoying.

Nothing is better on long trips than a cold drink or being able to keep some extra snacks and not worry about ice, leaks, or soggy food. This cooler is perfect in the back of the car without taking up too much space for our car trips throughout the year. Whether is keeping formula cold or a coke, it doesn't disappoint.

So far we're very pleased with freezer 😀 only had a few days to use it.

I've had my GO20 for 3 years, it works perfectly!
I recently had an issue with the cover, a broken hinge screw thst I couldn't fix.
I contacted Iceco, knowing the warranty was well past on parts, but they immediately came back to offer a replacement cover!
Problem solved.
Product Support doesn't get better then this!

On the road 4 weeks with this gem so far. Runs at consistent temperatures. Fits perfectly on my outback passenger front seat. A game changer not to mess with ice on the road. Southern Utah worthy. Get the cover. It really makes a difference.

I needed a reliable high quality cooler. TheICECO 21 qt. GO20 was then that was most often recommended online and by two friends.
With the digital controls and optional insulating protective cover I feel it is exactly what I was looking for. The ability to have a freezer compartment ia icing on the cake.
For hunting it will be powered by my lithium iron phosphate power center which is charged by a 220 watt solar blanket on my SUV's roof. Great combination.

Bought it for trips from NC to OH in a car so we dont have to be slaves of the 20$ hamberger chains while on the road. But we have also used it in our truck when going camping so we dont have to run into the 5th wheel to get a drink or sandwich while on the road , we resently put a 68 Gallon fuel tank in our truck and on travel days we now only stop at rest areas not Truck stops and the G20 has worked out great. fits in the back seat area and has not impacked our dogs space that much. They tolerate it because its the treat box !

Wow talk about Customer Service, after eight months of use each weekend for groceries runs the freezer stopped cooling. I reached out to customer support and we spent a few days troubleshooting and then ICECO sent out a new replacement unit and provided a return label for the failed unit. Living in Florida we have to keep our perishables cold until we return home and we normally make a few stops on the way back so a cooler is a must. And as there no ice or ice brick the food stays not only cold but dry. Highly recommend this company and this cooler. Could not be happier with this product

My Go20 that I've had for two years in my RV has run continuously for 6+ months each year, always as a single zone fridge.
Recently when I moved it to my boat I decided to use it on dual mode, and without going into a lengthy description, there was a problem.
Iceco responded quickly, and after troubleshooting, Iceco offered a refurbished replacement, which I happily accepted!
My old unit worked normally on single fridge mode, just not on dual mode. Wasn't the compressor, it was a bug in the temp sensors.
So even though it was beyond the 1 year warranty, they took care of me!
No shipping charge, a (really like new) unit came to me!
Product Support doesn't get any better then this.
And I really like the GO20, it's quiet, very energy efficient, and it looks great!

Perfect size for my overlanding setup. It did arrive dead on arrival though. Would not power up at all. Customer service good and I was allowed to open it up and fix the problem myself without affecting warranty. . One of the internal wires was not attached properly and I re soldered it properly. I assume if I did not have those skills I would have been able to send it back but chose to fix it myself so I could use it sooner. The unit itself is nearly prefect. It cools
Down fast and uses little power. I wish there was a way to strap it down so it won’t fall off its chosen place in my setup. There are no handles or any place to attach a tie down. I did also get the cover which has some D rings but they are already showing stress from the pressure of the bungies I use.
