Battery protection refers to the function of a refrigerator that
automatically stops operating when the voltage of the power source (car
battery or external battery) drops below a certain set value. This
prevents excessive depletion of the car battery or external battery,
which could affect the normal ignition of the vehicle and the lifespan
of the battery. There are three levels of protection: low, medium, and
high.
When the car refrigerator is connected to an external power
source, such as a portable power bank, in order to maintain continuous
power supply from the battery, it is recommended to set it to the low
level. This allows the external battery to work more efficiently.
