Bummed

Fridge Freezer works ok. Came damaged compressor panel all bent up a corner scratched shipping damaged Asked for replacement unit or replacement panel and a discount to keep it. They credited $50 and dropped communications. Would recommend buying a different brand. Really worried now if I do have an issue they won’t try to help.

Not true dual freezer

While either side can be used as a freezer and maintain 0 degrees with the opposite side maintaining 34 my unit could not get below 11 on both sides when attempting to use both sided a 0 degrees. Tested indoors 120v AC with insulated cover at ambient temperature of 60 degrees with liters of water inside both sides Appears to be a quality built fridge/freezer. Have not yet tested on 12V DC yet.

Great Fridge and Customer Service

Bought the VL 68.7 qt dual zone with cover couple of years ago. Recently slid in truck and slightly damaged bottom corner metal where control unit is located. No visible damage to control panel but unit did not work correctly anymore. I was devastated. Thought ICECO would replace the control panel or send me one to install myself but they sent me a new fridge. One side bonus is the original cover fit very tight, think I was sent a 60 qt cover. ICECO sent a new cover and it fits great, no more struggling to zip closed. Thank you so much ICECO! Also the fridge is an amazing product and great value.
