What is the difference between the 68.7QT 65 Dual Zone Combo and the 65 fridge freezer?

combo is fridge/freezer with other accessories, VL65 just a fridge/freezer

Sent the wrong cover

I'm very happy with the fridge/freezer. However, they sent me the cover for the VL60 vice the VL65. I called and they first said the VL60 cover should work. I dosent. So they said they would send me the proper one. They did not. I called 2 more times both times they said they would send me the cover I purchased and they have not. Its been over a month. Excellent product, poor customer service.

Amazing product

I recieved the iceco fridge freezer a week after ordering it, it does exactly as advertised. I enjoy using my iceco fridge freezer.

The product is great, but....

I absolutely love the VL65! It works great. It’s quiet. I love the size. Here is the but... When I ordered it, they followed up with a UPS tracking number. I followed the progress, and it said that my shipment was going to an entirely different city than where we live. So I emailed ICECO. When I received the delivery notice, it wasn’t delivered to me. I called the ICECO customer service number they eventually called back. He said that they sent me the wrong tracking number and he would correct it and send me the correct number. That didn’t happen. I paid with PayPal, so here we go... after a few days, ICECO responded to my grievance and sent me a new tracking number.

I would absolutely give the product 5 stars, but I would only give ICECO 2. The shopping experience was terrible.
