Our policy lasts 30 days. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We offer 12-month Local Warranty Service & 5 Years Compressor Warranty, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
* All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
* Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
* Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

There are certain situations where no refund are granted: (if applicable)
* Product man-made damaged which cannot reuse and re-sale.
* Product is incomplete or visually damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount is based on the amount you received (the refund does not include the courier fee and some of the amount that is offset by the coupon)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/returned product to reach you, may vary.

The existence quality of our product (damaged in transport, product failure and other not man-made reasons), a replacement freight from our full commitment.
Return or exchange for customer’s own reason which not related to the quality of our product or service, the freight shall be borne half by two parties.
